EMPTY NESTER'S RETREAT
Bellingham, WA Residence
This primary suite has been transformed into a spa-inspired retreat.
Starting with the bathroom, Heather Lange's design included: in-floor heating, zero threshold walk in shower, towel warmer, bidet toilet seating, custom built-in storage and many other luxury touches.
The project continued with the primary bedroom, with a design inspired by a family kimono.

Special touches included: an 'end of the bed' console with a TV lift, relaxing seating for 2 with hidden storage, barn doors and a custom closet that easily doubled the storage space.

This custom built, one of a kind home received a fresh revamp. For this design, Heather Lange and Keitra Klifman made subtle yet sophisticated choices allowing the house itself to shine through.

This husband + wife team have different visions when it comes to interior design. He likes nature photography, and she likes modern bright colors and lots of knick knacks.
Designer, Heather Lange, took over and took the stress off of the couple. Along with making the home beautiful and comfortable, she made it more functional by organizing the pantry, office, coat closet and command center.
The once all-white bathroom was given a modern-western style. The inspiration came from a gift from Arizona, given by the husband years ago.
The dining area now has custom designed, built-in seating and offers tons of extra storage. The living room area now features relaxing, stylish seating- and even a reading area for him.
The once tired entry way has exciting new birch tree wallpaper with sitting bench to slip on shoes before the dog walk.
